Last updated: May 2026Our Position
Respect for copyright
PinMediaKit is built on the principle that tools should only be used with content that users have the right to work with. The tools on this site are intended for lawful use only — meaning content that a user owns, has created, or has received clear permission to access and use.
We do not encourage or support any use of these tools that infringes on the rights of creators, rights holders, or copyright owners.
How It Works
What PinMediaKit does and does not do
PinMediaKit is a utility tool site. Users may enter Pinterest links into the tools provided, and those links are processed to return relevant media results. PinMediaKit does not host, store, or claim ownership of any third-party content processed through these tools.
Pinterest is a separate, independent platform with its own terms of service and content policies. PinMediaKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pinterest in any way. Any content accessible via Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s own rules and the rights of the original content owners.

Review
How requests are reviewed
PinMediaKit reviews copyright and removal requests that include the necessary information. When a request is received, we will assess the concern and take appropriate action if a valid issue is identified.
We do not make commitments to specific response timelines, but we aim to handle complete requests in a reasonable and timely manner. Submitting a request does not guarantee removal, but all valid, complete requests will be taken seriously.
Counter-Notice
Disputing a removal
If you are a user who believes that content or access was affected as a result of an error or misidentification, you may contact us at copyright@pinmediakit.com. Please include your name, contact details, and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was made in error. We will review the information provided and respond accordingly.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their own actions
Every person who uses PinMediaKit is responsible for the links they submit and how they use the results. Using these tools does not transfer any rights over third-party content, and it does not authorize any use that would otherwise be unlawful.
Users are expected to respect copyright law, the rights of content creators, platform terms of service, and any applicable privacy or legal obligations. PinMediaKit should not be used as a means of accessing or processing content that belongs to others without their permission.
